Sally attended a rigorous 1500+ hour program at The Swedish Institute, concentrating on Anatomy & Physiology, Pathology and an understanding of the energetic body through Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
With continued education and training in Manual Lymph Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Scar Tissue Realignment and Neuromuscular Reprogramming, Sally has incorporated these modalities to help clients with a large variety of conditions such as pre- and peri-natal care, post-surgery rehabilitation, chronic pain, vertigo, TMJ dysfunction, whiplash, and scoliosis.
During each session, Sally uses her intuitive listening skills to find the core areas of energetic and physical dysfunction. She eases and unwinds the body to return it to homeostasis within the limits of the client’s comfort. She finds this is done most effectively when the parasympathetic nervous system is activated and the client is relaxed.
When she is not using these skills, Sally can be found in the nearby streams looking for creatures with her two kids or attempting a new crafting project.

Georgina is a graduate of San Francisco School of Massage & Bodywork. She is passionate about the healing potential of touch; she takes a whole-body approach to bodywork, focusing on working with the body’s intelligent systems to facilitate balance structurally, emotionally, and energetically. She believes in bodywork as a powerful complementary modality to other forms of healthcare (including western and non-western).
Georgina’s work is informed by her background in dance, her reverence for anatomical systems, and her passion for providing safe and nurturing touch. Whether it’s a focused session on a particular area of need or a full-body supportive relaxation session, Georgina aims to leave you feeling balanced, relaxed, safe, and nurtured.
Sessions typically include a combination of the following: Swedish techniques, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue and trigger point therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), joint mobilizations, myofascial stretching, supportive holds, gentle rocking/jostling/shaking (to ease the nervous system and encourage the release of autonomic guarding).
Georgina acknowledges that some bodies respond differently to touch due to stress, trauma, and emotional/mental illness. Communication of individual needs is highly encouraged.
